From the La Manchuelaregion, this wine is made from a selection of the best grapes from Vega Tolosa’s 80 year old Bobal vines. The wine is then aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. This creates a wine of intense ruby colour with a nose of plum jam and cherry, with hints of spicy herbs and minerals.
This deep red oak-aged wine from the La Manchuela region is concentrated yet elegant and refreshing. The gentle acidity gives a welcome lift to the jammy flavours of bitter cherry, plum and blackcurrant.
